February 2019 Update

Dan here from Hello Music Theory, hope you’re doing well and had a good start to the year.

January flew by!

Just a quick update of what I’ve been up to here at Hello Music Theory.

New Lessons Page

I’ve started adding free basic music theory lessons to the website now.

You can see the ones I’ve published so far over on our learn music theory page.

I’ll be adding some more lessons over the next few weeks and months.

To stay up to date with all my latest ones you can follow Hello Music Theory on Facebook or Twitter.

I’d like to expand this page to be full of all the best resources for learning music theory online so if there are any other websites or resources that you’ve found helpful send me a link and I’ll check them out.

Free Performance Direction Printouts

I’ve just finished making some free print outs of all the performance directions that you need to know for each grade.

Hopefully you’ll find them useful.

To download them head over to the following pages.

Grade 1 Performance Directions

Grade 2 Performance Directions

Grade 3 Performance Directions

Grade 4 Performance Directions

Grade 5 Performance Directions

Grade 2 Study Guide

I’ve been busy writing the grade 2 edition of my music theory study guides which is nearly finished and should be out in the next month or so.

It always takes a lot longer than I think it will ?

I’m just putting together the final images and getting it proof read.

I should have more information on when it’s ready next month.

Have a good February and if you are booked in for the spring exams good luck with your revision.

Feel free to get in touch if you need any help.
