Famous singers come from all different walks of life that shape their lives and personalities. Another component of these personalities, though, might just be the month that the artists were born.

Those born between February 18 and March 20 are Pisces. Given the characteristics of a Pisces, it makes sense that there are so many notorious talents that share the star sign.

Pisces are sensitive, creative, gracious, self-aware, romantic, intuitive, and open-minded. These are all perfect personality traits for renowned artists, especially musicians.

Read on to learn more about 11 of the greatest and most famous Pisces singers of all time.

1. Johnny Cash

One of the most well-known and inventive musicians of all time was Johnny Cash, and he also happened to be a Pisces, born on February 26, 1932.

Cash did not have an easy childhood. He grew up working long days on the fields with his poor and religious family to pay off their debts. When he fell in love with music at age 12, though, he gave himself something to get through it.

That love for music never died out. He capitalized on the signature Pisces creativity by fusing rock, blues, country, and gospel. Songs like “I Walk the Line,” “Hurt,” “Ring of Fire,” and “Cry Cry Cry” landed the iconic musician in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

2. Rihanna

Many people know Rihanna for her 2000s hits like “Disturbia,” “We Found Love,” and “Umbrella.” Not a lot of people know, however, that she is a Pisces with a February 20 birthday.

At age 16, Rihanna left a troubled childhood in Barbados to pursue a career in music with producer Evan Rogers in the United States. Moving countries to chase her dream worked out wonderfully for the Bajan Pisces.

With an affinity for pop and electronic dance music, she earned her first Grammy for “Umbrella” in 2007 and has since received several more awards commemorating her contributions to the music industry.

Her musical success even allowed her to break into acting with roles in Bates Motel and Disney’s Home, while she has a successful cosmetics range under the Fenty brand.

It was until 1983 that he created his famed band, Bon Jovi, with the help of keyboardist David Bryan. And from there, they began releasing hit albums.

Even though Cobain passed away in 1994, leaving his loving fans devastated, his legacy lives on through music.
