After singing “America the Beautiful” at the 1990 NBA Finals, Carey shot to fame. The following year, her self-titled debut album became the best-selling album in the US.

Since then, she has released chart-topping songs and albums for fans to enjoy. To date, she has won five Grammy Awards and several music awards.

2. Lady Gaga

Our next Aries is Lady Gaga, born March 28, 1986, who quickly became one of the world’s most famous entertainers. While she started as a singer, she has also appeared as an actress in several movies. However, she is still better known for her vocals and her bizarre fashion choices, like wearing a dress made of meat.

Her debut album, The Fame, was #1 in the UK and Canada, with her song “Poker Face” becoming the world’s best-selling single in 2009. Since her big break, she has continued to have a ton of success in music.

Gaga has won three Grammy Awards as well as three Kids Choice Awards. She started the Born This Way Foundation, named after one of her hits, to help young people.

Another one of the most famous Aries musicians is Elton John, born March 25, 1947. He is known not only as a singer but also as a pianist and composer, and he has written and performed many amazing hits. John has sold more than 300 million records and has achieved a number of top spots on the Billboard charts.

Twenty-five years since its release, his song “Candle in the Wind” is still a best-selling hit. Between 1970 and 2000, there was at least one song of his on the Billboard Hot 100. He was a good friend of Princess Diana, and in 1998, Queen Elizabeth II knighted him.

4. Marvin Gaye

One of the most well-known African-American singers of his time was Marvin Gaye, born April 2, 1939. Nicknamed the “Prince of Motown,” Gaye wrote a lot of hits and helped advance soul music.

This Aries first began singing in his father’s Evangelical church and soon became a member of the Moonglows, a doo-wop group. His first single, “I Heard It Through the Grapevine,” became Billboard Hot 100’s #1 in 1968. In 1972, he received two Grammy nominations for his album What’s Going On, which also became Rolling Stone‘s Album of the Year.

In 1994, tragedy hit the music world when Gaye was murdered by his own father. Despite such a short career, his passionate works are still enjoyed by many to this day.

Another very famous singer born under the sign of Aries was Aretha Franklin (March 25, 1942). She first began performing as a child in her father’s gospel programs. Her switch to secular songs began when she was eighteen with her classic “Today I Sing the Blues.”

One of Motown’s favorites is Diana Ross (March 26, 1944), who has released more than 70 singles during her career. She got her start as a singer in the group the Supremes in the 1960s.

In 1970, she left the group to become a soloist, and she sang and acted throughout her working life. She has managed to sell more than 100 million records during her career.

Ross has earned honors such as the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Also, she is one of a few people to have not one, but two stars on the Walk of Fame. Her success influenced many other famous singers, from Beyoncé to Michael Jackson and Madonna.

If you are a fan of rock music, you probably know about Steven Tyler. This Aries who was born March 26, 1948, helped start Aerosmith in 1970, and he has gained notoriety for his vocal range. Her song “I Feel for You” topped R&B and dance charts in the USA and UK in 1985. Since then, she has gone on to win ten Grammy Awards. As a singer, she has collaborated with artists like Ariana Grande, which has helped increase her fame with younger generations.

9. Celine Dion

Canadian singer Celine Dion, born March 30, 1968, is one of the highest-earning singers in the world. Despite growing up in a poor family, she was able to work with a music manager from early on. Her manager took out another mortgage on his house to help launch her career.

With 200 million copies sold, she is one of the best-selling artists in the world. After gaining initial success in Canada, her popularity spread worldwide. A big part of this was her single “My Heart Will Go On,” which featured on the soundtrack of the movie Titanic and landed Dion the coveted Grammy Record of the Year (1999).

If you enjoy listening to Latin music, you have probably heard of Selena. She was one of the most popular Mexican-American singers, dubbed the “Queen of Tejano.” Selena received that name after bringing Tejano music to the mainstream in the 1990s.

Before becoming a soloist, she performed in a family band. One of her songs managed to stay at the top of the Regional Mexican Albums chart for 32 weeks.

Sadly, she died far too soon, after one of her former boutique employees, who was also the president of her fan club, killed her. She probably would have continued to be influential for many decades, and her music remains influential despite her passing.

Our last Aries is Brendon Urie (April 12, 1987), best known as the frontman for the group Panic! At the Disco. He started learning guitar in high school, where he met his soon-to-be bandmates.

The group’s top albums include A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out (2005) and Pretty. Odd. (2008). In 2014, Urie was awarded Best Vocalist at the Alternative Press Music Awards.

Despite his bandmates leaving, he has continued to perform under the name Panic! At the Disco and has had many hits in the past few years. Urie’s career has spanned almost two decades already, and he is the only remaining original band member.
